CCA Participated in a Digital Health Pilot to Test the Use of Voice Technology in Caring for Patients with Complex Needs

“Some people CCA serves, particularly elderly members, may live alone or spend long stretches of the day without human companionship. Voice technology helps them socially as well as medically.” CCA participated in a two-year digital health pilot that explored how voice technology can improve health care access, safety, and independence for dual-eligible adults with complex needs. A new pilot expanded to 50 participants launched late 2018.
