Dozens of volunteers from CCA partnered with the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts (FBWM) as part of CCA’s annual Day of Service. Employees lent a hand to sort frozen foods, produce, and dry goods at the Food Bank’s new warehouse in Chicopee.
In an interview with WWLP Ch. 22 news, Jillian Morgan, Director of Development for the FBWM, said, “Commonwealth Care Alliance has sent volunteers to us many times before. They are wonderful supporters of the food bank and our work. They care a lot about giving back to the community and that is why they are here today.”
