CCA Senior Director of Virtual Care Adrienne Mullen participated in a Q&A highlighting the success of CCA’s virtual care program. In 2022, CCA served 25,166 unique members through virtual care ranging from 21 to 105 years of age, totaling 46,886 visits.
The Healthcare IT News interview covers the importance of growing the telemedicine program during the COVID-19 pandemic, targeted assistance for members facing barriers to accessing virtual care, and guidelines to determine which members are a good fit for virtual visits.
“In the future, we hope to support even more members through obtaining access to technology and internet service to further grow our virtual care program,” Mullen said.
