CCA quickly adapted its predictive analytics capabilities to monitor at-risk members during COVID-19

When the coronavirus pandemic reached Massachusetts, CCA shifted its use of Looker and the Google Cloud platform to determine which members were most at risk for COVID-19 and other service interruptions. With the potential for increased COVID-19 cases in the fall in conjunction with flu season, CCA is thinking ahead to efficiently provide care and remote patient monitoring to members in need.
