LANSING, Mich. Reliance Healthcare, a Michigan-based health plan serving Medicare and dual-eligible beneficiaries in Medicare and Medicaid, has joined the Michigan Association of Health Plans (MAHP) as a member.

Reliance is now the 11th member of the Michigan Association of Health Plans, which is a leading industry voice for member plans that provide healthcare for nearly 3.5 million Michigan residents.

Reliance currently serves nearly 19,000 individuals across seven counties in southeastern Michigan through its health plan, 600-member physician organization and accountable care organization. Soon, it will be known as CCA Health Michigan through a majority stake acquisition by Boston, Massachusetts-based Commonwealth Care Alliance® (CCA), a national, multi-state healthcare organization with proven expertise in complex care coordination and delivery.
