CCA uses data analytics to create a holistic view of members’ needs during the COVID-19 pandemic

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, “How do you take 40,000 people who are all at risk and make sure that those that need extra attention and focus are being attended to?” CCA President and CEO Chris Palmieri asked in a recent article from SiliconANGLE. CCA is using data analytics to create a comprehensive view of individual members at a single point in time to identify those who are the most vulnerable, what services they have received, and any special supports they may need to prevent future health problems.
