The Massachusetts Department of Health has awarded instED®, CCA’s Mobile Integrated Health program, with a temporary license to provide in-home care during the coronavirus pandemic

A partnership between CCA’s mobile integrated health program, instED, and EasCare and Cataldo Ambulance Services, will “bring care to medically vulnerable, mostly elderly patients in Metro Boston, North of Boston, Merrimack Valley, Central MA, Springfield and South Boston to Brockton, as served by the MassPACE membership,” according to the Department of Public Health (DPH). instED has received a temporary license from the DPH to provide in-home care to some COVID-19 patients after they have been discharged from the hospital or in place of a hospitalization. The license will last through the state of emergency and an additional 90 days after the state of emergency ends.
