Our Growth Vision
In recent years CCA has begun expanding its mission and its model nationwide. Now our executive leadership team is seeking to further execute on this growth mandate to meet a clear national demand for choice in healthcare for individuals with complex needs who have historically been offered extremely limited options. To that end, the organization is evaluating both organic and non-organic expansion avenues, all aligned with the goal of improving the health and well-being of high-need individuals.
For CCA, highly attractive acquisition, partnership, or commercial opportunities—up to $1B in total value ($100M pursued independently)—may include:
- Health plans, ideally those with a broad and integrated scope of benefits targeting complex populations (including MMP, FIDE-SNP, specialty Medicaid, and others)
- Provider assets that offer highly impactful primary care and behavioral healthcare
- Strategic partnerships with mission-aligned entities
