A Track Record of Partnership

Our long history of successful collaborations 

From the earliest days of our founding, CCA has recognized the value and power of effective partnership—with providers, clinicians, advocacy groups, community organizers, philanthropic funders, government agencies, and policymakers.  

In our home state of Massachusetts, for example, we have successfully collaborated with the Mass General Brigham health system in a multi-year program to coordinate and provide advanced complex care for a cohort of their highest-risk patients. And the strong relationships we have forged with health plan regulators have facilitated several extraordinary initiatives on behalf of the Commonwealth’s high-need populations.
