The plan provides a distinctive approach to care management that prioritizes health and wellness and addresses social factors that can negatively impact health. CCA Medicare Premier offers comprehensive benefits including highlights such as:
“As an organization rooted in and deeply committed to Massachusetts, adding this new plan to our roster enables us to better meet the wide-ranging needs of Massachusetts residents through a unique combination of strong benefits and the integrated care model that CCA proudly delivers across our local communities,” said CCA Massachusetts General Manager Mark Waggoner. “CCA Medicare Premier was designed in partnership with senior housing team members who understand the unique needs and desires of their residents. We tailored this plan, and all our MAPD plans, specifically to meet the needs of the individuals we serve so they can live independently, while providing them benefits and a support model, that extends well beyond what they would receive from original Medicare.”
CCA Medicare Premier (PPO) is the latest addition to CCA’s Massachusetts MAPD plans, which include CCA Medicare Preferred (PPO) and CCA Medicare Value (PPO). All plans are designed to keep members living safely at home through collaboration between caregivers, primary care providers, and community organizations. Starting at $0 per month, coverage options include a wide range of no-cost benefits such as $0 primary copays; $0 routine dental and vision care; $0 prescription and over-the-counter drugs; and more.
This new plan will be available for the 2023 Open Enrollment Period for residents in Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Worcester counties.
CCA also offers a One Care plan for individuals ages 21-64 who are dually eligible for MassHealth and Medicare, and Senior Care Options (SCO) for individuals 65 and older that provides complete MassHealth and Medicare coverage. Both CCA MassHealth plans offer extensive coverage at no cost with the goal to keep members healthy and living safely at home.
