COVID-19 update: One-time early prescription refills

CCA members may receive a one-time early refill of their prescriptions so that they will have enough supply of their medications in their home. If you have multiple medications, each drug will generally be allowed to be refilled early just once.

CCA is committed to providing the safest and most convenient access for our members to obtain their medications. CCA has a large pharmacy network with many resources.

Community/Retail Pharmacies

Home delivery:

Many pharmacies in our network provide home delivery of medications and may be temporarily waiving any delivery fees.
Ask your local pharmacy or pharmacist if they are providing home delivery for medication at no cost.

Drive-up window:

Many pharmacies have a drive-up window. Drive-up windows provide an alternative for a CCA member or family member or designated friend to pick up their medications without entering the store.

Mail Order

If a CCA member would like to fill their prescriptions by mail, they may start the process by calling 1-800-607-6861.
We recommend having a 14–30 day supply of medications at home prior to setting up mail order.

Transportation

CCA provides transportation to pharmacies for CCA members who do not have access to private or public transportation.
CCA members can call our transportation partner, CTS, at 855-204-1410 to request a ride.
