Millions of Americans have a substance use disorder, and only a fraction of them seek treatment. If you are struggling with addiction, you are not alone, and help is within reach.
In early 2022, CCA launched a SMART Recovery Group. This addiction recovery group is available to all CCA members in person at a CCA Primary Care clinic or virtually. You do not need to be a CCA Primary Care patient to participate.
SMART Recovery is a different approach to addiction recovery, which uses proven practical tools for lasting behavioral change. The CCA support group is for members seeking a self-empowering way to overcome addiction and addictive behaviors. It is also open to their direct caregivers.
SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Participants design and implement their own recovery plan. The program is meeting-based and uses a variety of tools to help participants manage and overcome their addictions.
CCA members can click here to sign up for the SMART Recovery Group or call Member Services.
